Returns & Refund Policy

At Wellness Body Worx, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are subject to the following return and refund conditions.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window for Unopened Products
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original, resalable condition within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be completely unopened with all seals intact
- Product must be in original packaging with all labels and materials included
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date to request a return authorization
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Opened, used, or partially used products
- Consumable goods with broken seals (including oils, supplements, balms, creams, herbs, or wellness products)
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
- Digital products, downloads, or online materials
- Gift cards
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (marked as final sale)
- Any item not in its original, unopened, and resalable condition
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tampered with.
Services & Appointments
All wellness services, treatments, and appointments are non-refundable once rendered.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations outside of our stated cancellation policy are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:
Your message must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing damage
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report damage within 48 hours will void eligibility for review.
If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue store credit, or
- Refer you to the manufacturer's warranty (if applicable)
Cash refunds for damaged items are issued only in cases where replacement is not possible.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return authorization for an eligible unopened product:
- Contact us at info@wellnessbodyworx.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization before shipping anything back
- Pack item securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization
- Use a trackable shipping method - we are not responsible for lost return packages
Returns sent without prior written authorization will be refused and returned to sender at customer's expense.
Shipping Issues & Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows delivery, responsibility transfers to the carrier and recipient.
We are not responsible for:
- Delayed deliveries beyond our control
- Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Customs delays, duties, or fees for international orders
- Packages damaged by carrier (file claim with carrier)
Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier. We will provide tracking information to assist with claims.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If you refuse delivery or a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees will be deducted from any refund
- A restocking fee may apply
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for unopened products within the 14-day window, subject to product availability.
To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate which product you'd like to exchange for
- Customer pays shipping both ways for exchanges
If the replacement item costs more, you'll be charged the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy and may be considered fraud.
We reserve the right to:
- Dispute chargebacks with full documentation
- Restrict future purchases from customers who abuse chargeback systems
- Pursue collection for fraudulent chargebacks
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first. We want to resolve any problems fairly.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
