Returns & Refund Policy

At Wellness Body Worx, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are subject to the following return and refund conditions.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


All Sales Are Final Unless Otherwise Stated

Unless explicitly stated in writing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or misuse of products.

By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
Opened, used, or partially used products
Consumable goods (including oils, supplements, balms, creams, herbs, or wellness products)
Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items
Digital products, downloads, or online materials
Gift cards
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Any item not in its original, unopened, and resalable condition

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tampered with.


Services & Appointments

All wellness services, treatments, and appointments are non-refundable once rendered.

Missed appointments, late arrivals, or cancellations outside of stated cancellation windows are not eligible for refunds or credits.


Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Exceptions)

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at:

Your message must include:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Failure to report damage within this timeframe will void eligibility for review.

If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
Replace the item, or
Issue store credit, or
Refer you to the manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable)

Refunds are not guaranteed.


Shipping Issues & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:
Delayed deliveries
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customs delays or duties

Any shipping issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.


Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved (which is rare and case-specific):
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We do not provide prepaid return labels

Returned items must be received in unused, unopened, and resalable condition.


Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written approval will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.


Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this policy.

We reserve the right to:
Dispute chargebacks with documentation
Restrict future purchases from customers who abuse chargeback systems


Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
