6. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information at checkout.
  • This includes correct street address, unit/suite number, city, province/state, postal/ZIP code, and contact phone number.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to:
    • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses
    • P.O. Boxes where carrier restrictions apply
    • Addresses flagged as undeliverable by the carrier
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or reshipment at our expense.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense, minus any applicable restocking fees.

7. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

  • All risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • Once an order is marked as "shipped" and a tracking number is provided, the shipment is considered fulfilled by Wellness Body Worx.
  • Any loss, theft, damage, or delay that occurs during transit or after delivery is the responsibility of the customer and/or the shipping carrier.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

  • Wellness Body Worx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once tracking shows the package as delivered.
  • Customers must:
    • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
    • Verify the delivery address and any safe drop locations
    • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a lost package claim
  • We may assist by providing order details, tracking information, or proof of shipment at our discretion, but we are under no obligation to issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related losses.
  • Package theft (porch piracy) is not covered by Wellness Body Worx and must be reported to local authorities.

9. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery delays do not entitle customers to refunds, returns, credits, or chargebacks.
  • Carrier delays, including but not limited to weather events, high volume periods, or routing errors, are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of contract or failure to deliver.
  • Customers who require delivery by a specific date should contact us in advance to discuss expedited options, though we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date.

10. Damaged Shipments

  • If an order arrives with visible external damage to the shipping box, customers must:
    • Refuse delivery or note damage with the carrier at the time of delivery, if possible
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
      • Order number
      • Photos of the damaged product(s)
      • Photos of all sides of the shipping box
      • Photos of internal packaging materials
  • Failure to report damage within 48 hours voids eligibility for review.
  • Any resolution—including replacement, partial refund, store credit, or referral to the product manufacturer—is determined at our sole discretion based on investigation and available evidence.
  • Damage claims may be denied if:
    • Proper documentation is not provided
    • Evidence suggests misuse, mishandling after delivery, or customer-caused damage
    • The carrier's investigation determines no carrier fault

11. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned-to-Sender Shipments

  • Customers who refuse delivery or fail to claim packages (including those held at postal facilities) are not eligible for refunds.
  • If a package is returned to us due to customer refusal, unclaimed status, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for:
    • All return shipping costs incurred
    • Any reshipment fees if reshipment is requested and approved
  • Store credit, if issued, will be reduced by all applicable return shipping and restocking fees.

12. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.

  • Delivery confirmation via carrier tracking is considered proof of delivery.
  • Claims of non-delivery will not be honored if tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
